On 23 January 2009,I go for a team building of Kolej Poly-Tech Mara at Nur Bukit Unggul Eco Resort.I went there for a 3 days and 2 night.I got a lot of experience when I went at there.This team building was handling by MindVision Training and Services.At there,there's a lot of activities that are prepared for the participant of the team building.Activities on the first day was a sosial interaction.The name of this activities is "Rantaian Mesra".All the participant must introduce theirself to the others.And then the second activities was build our confident and the real of leadership,and the name of this activities is "Liku-Liku Kehidupan".The first thing in my mind when I heard the name of this activities,it must be like at my secondary school when the participant that are going to for a camping must stay alone in the jungle or other location that are decided by the teachers,coach or the facilators.I felt so scared and my heart beating very fast on that day.But luckly the activities not the same as at my secondary school.On the second day,there are 3 activities that are prepared for the participant of the team building.The first activities is value and the responsibility of the leader.On this activities,it need a lot of patience and the strong mentality.Second activities is accomplish the problem and make decision.This activities call "Emergency Boat".The third activities is cooperate with our group.In this activities,the participant must ascend the flag in the group that are already know at the fist day come at here.The next day,I packing all my stuff and go back to the college.I felt so happy because I get the new experience go at there,and also get so many new friends...=)
